RETURNS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
No Returns for final Sale items

Due to an increase in fraud, ALL refunds will not be issued until item is received by Spirit H2
*If an issue arises and usage continues before troubleshooting with Spirit H2, Spirit H2 is not held responsible or liable for damages to the device or personal property, or liable for any issues otherwise.
Limited Warranty
It is the responsibility of the customer to properly follow all set up instructions, and all safety and function of the device. If in doubt, reach out to us!

Once you reach out to us for any issue, you have seven (7) Days to communicate and troubleshoot with us. You will need to contact us again for a new ticket number if this time frame passes. We are not responsible for expired Warranties at this point.
WARRANTY WINDOW UPDATE SEPTEMBER 15/2025: Three-month (3) limited warranty is applicable to all Spirit H2 portable bottle sales
Warranty begins from the date of purchase. The following are not covered under the Spirit H2 Limited Warranty:
*: Water damage of any kind / short circuit due to water - including within the plug-in port or submerging in water
*Machine failure by not following the Instructional manual
*Undue pressure causing leakage and stress on the bottle and lid ie.--> by overfilling / not following the max cycle phase of 10-minutes without releasing manual pressure valve and or opening lid / doubling up seals (gaskets) in lid.
*Not using USB-C cable provided
*Unsafe charging as per our Instructional Pamphlet
*Not following charger (transformer) requirements for Input 5V1A (overload) ie., quick chargers / cube chargers and not following safe battery protocol as per instructions included with device
*Using 3rd party charger/adapter/transformer with our USB-C cable, without proper certification of either IC, CE, FCC, SA, cULus, Intertek, SGS, etc.
*Unauthorized disassembly
*Defaced or physical alterations
*Repairs by unauthorized personnel
*Tampering with / attempted removal of rechargeable lithium polymer (Li-Po) battery
*External factors such as dropping bumping chipping
*Not following maintenance and cleaning protocol/using products other than what is instructed in instructions / warranty pamphlet. Spirit H2 is not responsible for damage or safety / efficacy of device if protocol is not followed
*We do not accept Returns of H2Blue, nor the testing on the Spirit H2 bottles. Accuracy is provided by H2-Analytics verification Reports
*Unable to present Order # and Warranty Card provided on pamphlet
*Issues left and not reported to us at first occurrence, so we may assist with a remedy or troubleshooting
*Use by anyone under 18 years old without supervision- Spirit H2 is not responsible - Warranty will not apply
Process:
We want you to love your Spirit H2. If you do experience an issue, we will ask you to troubleshoot with us via photos/short video with a description, so we may assist you.
Once we receive your returned item, we will then assess the issue.
If applicable, all Warranty covered items will be repaired, re-issued, or a new device will be sent to you. Duty fees and Customs processing charges incurred, will be the responsibility of the receiver (customer). Please note, the original colour may no longer be available. All approved Returns for Warranty purposes must be returned to Spirit H2 within 14 days of receipt of return label, to avoid being invoiced for shipping fees.
30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This must be unopened and unused due to safety and hygiene regulations. We DO NOT resell pre owned H2 bottles.
For Warranty accepted items: Customer has 14 days to return item for inspection for issue (RMA) once approved by Spirit H2 for Return / Inspection.
Please fully complete your Warranty card on your User Guide. Customer is fully responsible for Return and Shipping Fees; and for any possible Customs Duty and Re-entry fees incurred.
To be eligible for a 30-day regular return (non-warranty issue), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. All duty / tariff fees are the responsibility of the purchaser for re-entry.

- Final sale items: No Returns
For items with batteries, returns via FedEx, UPS, or DHL with Tracking are accepted ONLY. We do not accept items shipped via USPS and Canada Post, due to lithium-ion battery regulations.

Warranty Coverage Exception
At this time, Limited Warranty is intended only for within Canada and the USA. Usage outside of Canada or the USA, is not covered by the Spirit H2 Warranty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items must be checked over by customer within 30 days of receipt for any first time issues, in order to be covered under warranty.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please Note: Confirmed molecular hydrogen levels may only be achieved by using advanced gas chromatography. Spirit H2 bottles cannot be returned due to reagent testing results *Only third-party Lab verification is accepted*
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want, is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via our Shop or Contact Form "Get in Touch."
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees for ALL returned items. Once approved, refunds will be initiated; not including original shipping fees and a 10% stocking fee. Spirit H2 is not responsible for any Customs/Duty fees incurred with Returns, nor rejected re-entry items (sale or warranty) into Canada.
