UPDATE REGARDING TARIFFS DE MINIMIS EXEMPTION REMOVAL & SHIPPING DELAYS:

Spirit H2 no longer ships any items, to the USA. Please watch for future updates.
At this time, Spirit H2 ships within Canada and to European countries (EU and Scandinavia and Finland). We have made the heartbreaking decision to suspend all USA orders until we receive more clarity and assurance that our beloved USA customers will receive their orders. There are extraordinary delays that are simply not acceptable for our customers, and do not align with our shipping standards. We know this is an unprecedented time, and shipping companies are working through this as best they can. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate the support of Spirit H2. Please watch for updates on our website, as we are hopeful we can soon return to serving our USA friends, and find resources to navigate these changes. This applies to new orders and warranty items.
As of August 29, 2025, the USA Trump Administration's signed Executive Order regarding the de minimis, has taken affect. There are now zero tariff exemptions for sale of goods entering the United States.

*All orders and warranty shipments may experience tariffs additional USA processing fees and Brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.
We have no control over the charges US Customs / Shipping Brokers (ie UPS / FedEx etc.), charge the receiver (customer). Some will be a Flat fee, Value based or both. Charges will include a USA UPS processing fee, and brokerage fees . The amount of duty fees depends on the HS Code and origin of a product. We will not know the exact fees. Customers will be contacted via UPS to pre-pay before Delivery. These fees are very unfortunate and will affect consumers and businesses worldwide and already have. We are working on solutions to minimize costs, including covering extra shipping fees to ensure the processing fee is covered, by offering UPS Expedited at a lesser cost to our customers. We also offer great discount codes to our customers, to add to their savings. We have a wonderful relationship with our USA customers, and hope a greater solution and resolution, will come to fruition in the near future.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Please reach out for shipping rates. If you choose to use a Ship Forwarder, it is advised you use a Canadian based company as we are unable to ship to the USA at this time due to extraordinary delays.
All returns due to non-payment of duty fees / processing Custom fees / tariff fees are the responsibility of the Receiver (customer), not Spirit H2. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Tariffs and Processing / Brokerage charges upon entry to customer's country, and re-entry Brokerage fees into Canada, are the responsibility of the customer. Items that meet the Warranty criteria include pre-paid Shipping less Duty fees. At this time, we are unable to ship Warranty items to the USA.
Please note: Spirit H2 is not responsible for any duty fees, tariffs or extra processing fees (MPF) for purchases, returns, spare parts, warranty items, as per our Shipping, Warranty and Return policies, worldwide.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses due to UPS Regulations; we apologize for any inconvenience.
All returns due to non-payment of duty fees / processing fees / tariff fees & 30-day unopened return warranty, will be refunded the cost of the order only. Original shipping fees & Duty fees worldwide / re-entry Cdn duty / processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Spirit H2 offers Expedited, Standard & Priority (FedEx/UPS) Shipping with optional signature delivery. Spirit H2 is not responsible for shipping times, customs delays, losses and theft. Customs and Duty Fee/VAT incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items will not be received if returned due to non-payment of duty / custom fees.
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days: with the exception of orders on weekends and Holidays and Pre-Order specials. Special Edition orders and Holiday Sales may be dispatched in 4-5 business days. Please check your Tracking information for UPS arrival ETA.Â

We cannot answer Airline protocol requests. Please always check with your Airline their protocol for ion (lithium/polymer lithium) battery items. Any device with ion batteries (lithium or polymer lithium) cannot be shipped in cargo (luggage or otherwise). This is PROHIBITED, DANGEROUS AND ILLEGAL
